When Does ‘Queer,’ Starring Daniel Craig, Drew Starkey And Omar Apollo, Premiere?

A man finds love and rediscovers himself in Luca Guadagnino’s latest film Queer.

The first trailer for the A24 film shows Daniel Craig and Drew Starkey in what is billed as “a generational love story” about an expat in Mexico living his truth.

Here’s more about Queer:

What is ‘Queer’ about?

1950. William Lee, an American expat in Mexico City, spends his days almost entirely alone, except for a few contacts with other members of the small American community. His encounter with Eugene Allerton, an expat former soldier, new to the city, shows him, for the first time, that it might be finally possible to establish an intimate connection with somebody.

The film also stars singer/songwriter Omar Apollo, Lesley Manville, Jason Schwartzman and Henrique Zaga.

Guadagnino directs from a script by Justin Kuritzkes based on the novel by William S. Burroughs.

Kuritzkes also wrote Guadagnino’s first release of 2024, Challengers.

When does ‘Queer’ drop in theaters?

Queer comes to theaters Nov. 27 in limited release.
