North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University rising seniors Kani’ya Davis and Dasia Garner have been selected as 2026 HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) Science Journalism Fellows at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Davis and Garner, who are studying journalism and mass communication in the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, are among only 10 students to be selected nationwide.
