Nicole Scherzinger admits to having passed on “We Found Love,” a Rihanna song that went on to dominate music charts globally, calling it the biggest mistake of her career.
Speaking to Capital FM, the British-Australian performer says the song is not yet in her inbox. At the time, Calvin Harris was her manager, and he offered her the song before passing it to Rihanna.
“He was my manager at the time, and he gave it to me, and I have it in my inbox. That’s my biggest mistake,” said Nicole Scherzinger. The former Pussycat Dolls member joked by saying, “We did all right, Rihanna. We did all right!”
