The family of Jujuan Jeffers, a 20-year-old man who was killed in an October 2025 shooting on the campus of Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, has filed a lawsuit in civil court against the HBCU, according to a report from NBC 10 Philadelphia. The shooting occurred during a homecoming celebration event outside of Lincoln University’s International Cultural Center. Jeffers, who had no direct ties to the university, was the incident’s only fatality; however, six other individuals, including one Lincoln student and one graduate of the university, were wounded.
