Written By Lexx Thornton Howard University has launched the Interdisciplinary Biomedical Science Graduate Program, a new Ph.D. program designed to prepare students for careers in academia, government, biotechnology, and the pharmaceutical industries. The program, known as IBMS, launched this fall and marks a major step forward in advancing interdisciplinary research and scientific innovation at Howard. The initiative unites the strengths of the College of Medicine and the Graduate School.
