The marquee event of Week 7 was the long-awaited football contest between Alabama State and Jackson State. The Tigers bested Bama State 38-34, putting the Tigers atop the SWAC East division.
And as one would also expect during this time of year, we witnessed a plethora of HBCU bands bless us with halftime shows with homecoming themes.
In one particular case, an HBCU band blessed us with a gospel show. This week’s top five features bands from Florida A&M, Grambling, Jackson State, North Carolina A&T, and Texas Southern.
