The Aggie-Eagle Classic featuring North Carolina A&T and North Carolina Central was the event headliner entering Week 4 of the HBCU football season.
While the Eagles’ 66-24 beatdown over the Aggies wasn’t much of a football contest, two notable performances of the evening featured the bands.
And with the recent passing of R&B superstar Frankie Beverly still fresh in our minds, it’s no surprise that we are witnessing — and will continue to witness — halftime performances that will be dedicated in his honor throughout the rest of the season.
