Dillard University has been awarded a $6,000 Keep Louisiana Beautiful (KLB) University Affiliate Grant to advance campus sustainability initiatives. The funding will support student engagement activities focused on litter prevention, waste reduction, and reusable alternatives, including the purchase and distribution of reusable cups to decrease single-use plastics. The grant complements ongoing Facilities efforts to expand hydration/bottle-filling stations across campus, encouraging refill culture and supporting Dillard’s environmental goals.
