A new lawsuit against Diddy alleges that the hip-hop mogul assaulted a 10-year-old boy in 2005. Attorney Tony Buzbee, who said earlier this month that Combs will face 120 new lawsuits in the coming weeks, filed the latest complaint in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Variety reported. The lawsuit, which was one of two complaints filed against Combs on Monday, states that the 10-year-old was interested in following Combs’ footsteps in the entertainment industry.
When Combs heard that the boy was trying to get in touch with him, he asked to meet with the child alone without his family, the lawsuit states. The boy allegedly met Combs alone in a hotel room and performed some rap songs. As Combs asked him how badly he wanted to be a star, the child said he would do anything like any 10-year-old would say, the complaint adds.
After taking a soda from one of Combs’ associates, the boy allegedly began to feel “a little funny.” Attorneys said the soda was laced with drugs “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” After the boy drank the soda, Combs allegedly told him to move closer to him, pushed him down and told him, “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.”
The document continues with more graphic details, stating that Combs exposed his penis to the child, told him to “kiss it” and then forced the boy to perform oral sex until he lost consciousness. Combs also told the boy that he would hurt his parents if he told anybody about what happened in the hotel room, the complaint adds.
The second lawsuit filed on Monday also comes from a John Doe who said he was 17 years old in 2008 when Combs forced him to perform oral sex during an audition for MTV’s Making the Band. Combs forced the teen to perform sexual acts on him and his bodyguard during his three auditions to test how badly the boy wanted to succeed, the lawsuit states.
In a statement to Variety, Diddy’s representatives said the allegations against him are part of a publicity stunt.
“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” the reps told Variety. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
