It appears controversy continues to follow the Combs family. Christian Combs, son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has been officially served legal papers in connection with a lawsuit filed by a woman accusing him of sexual assault.
The accuser, identified as Grace O’Marcaigh, alleges that the incident took place in 2022 while she was working on a yacht rented by Diddy for a private party. The lawsuit accuses Christian of assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
According to InTouch Weekly, Christian was served with the legal documents while staying at his father’s Miami mansion—the same estate that made headlines earlier this year when it was raided by federal authorities.
Allegations Detailed in the Lawsuit
Grace claims she was hired as part of the staff for the yacht party, believing it to be a standard professional assignment. However, she describes the atmosphere as chaotic, alleging the event was rife with drug use and sexual activity, far beyond what she had anticipated.
According to the suit, Christian allegedly took a particular interest in her during the party. Grace asserts that he repeatedly pressured her to engage in sexual activities despite her clear rejections. She accuses him of grabbing her arm, forcing her to sit next to him, and coercing her to consume alcohol against her will.
One of the most alarming allegations involves an incident where Christian reportedly lured Grace into a room, stripped naked, and exposed himself. She claims he attempted to force her into a sexual act but was interrupted when someone entered the room.
“[Grace] was quite scared and realized she was in a very dangerous situation. [Grace] was also feeling the effect of the tequila shots and quickly suspected that the tequila was spiked,” the lawsuit states.
Aftermath and Evidence
Following the alleged incidents, Grace says her attempts to report Christian’s behavior were dismissed by her employer, who allegedly downplayed her concerns and suggested she was a willing participant. As a result, she lost her job and suffered significant personal fallout, including the end of a long-term relationship.
Grace claims she has recordings that corroborate her denial of Christian’s advances, which she intends to present as evidence in the case.
The Combs Family Under Scrutiny
This lawsuit adds to an already challenging year for the Combs family. The Miami mansion where Christian was served has been under the spotlight since federal agents raided it earlier this year for unrelated reasons. Diddy himself has recently faced allegations of misconduct, making headlines with lawsuits and accusations of abuse.
Christian has yet to release a statement regarding the lawsuit, and representatives for the Combs family have not commented on the case at this time.
