Well, it would appear that we may have a new celebrity couple. The rumors about Victoria Monét and UK rapper Stormzy dating started going around after they were found smooching at Heathrow Airport in London.
The Sun this Friday published pictures of them in their tender moment, with Stormzy – whose real name is Michael Owuo – lifting the R&B singer in the air to have a hug. According to eyewitnesses, the interaction was full of affection, fueling speculation that romance was in the air between the two stars.

Victoria Monét is one of the popular hit singles, “On My Mama,” and an amazing songwriter for Ariana Grande; she has been in the news lately after her very public breakup with fitness instructor John Gaines. The couple, who share a two-year-old daughter named Hazel, announced in a joint statement last month that they indeed had separated in late 2023.
British rap sensation Stormzy – behind the hit singles “Vossi Bop” and “Big For Your Boots” – also revealed his own public breakup this year. He and Love Island host Maya Jama are done, having officially split in July of this year after a relationship that started on-again, off-again back in 2014. Although they’ve parted ways, both Stormzy and Maya have declared mutual respect for one another.
Neither Monét nor Stormzy has spoken out about their status, but the PDA in an airport has set fans abuzz, hoping anyplace this might lead. Is this the start of a new musical power couple? Time will tell.
