Today, he is a full-time Lab Scientist with the premier nuclear facility, Savannah River Nuclear Solutions. This incredible opportunity came through a partnership between Allen and SRNS, facilitated by the DOE Workforce Grant. Ya’Donnis was discovered while speaking at a symposium recommended by his then professor, Dr. Oluwole Ariyo. The encounter led to a promising mentorship with renowned scientist Dr. James Maner, giving Ya’Donnis the opportunity to dive into a hands-on learning environment.
