A Georgia Judge orders four minor kids of Kim Zolciak to stay with their father, Kroy Biermann, due to Zolciak’s failure to comply with the therapy ordered by the courts, and being out of the country for almost two weeks.
From April 3, 2016, the kids will reside with Biermann till Kim finishes four parenting sessions. As reported by TMZ, the earliest possible date for reunification is April 13.
Biermann filed his complaint, asking for full custody rights since Zolciak did not show up at the ordered therapy sessions and was away for about two weeks. In addition, he mentions that Kim visited her kids only once during this time period, and this meeting resulted in one of the kids being bitten by a dog. Therefore, he asks the judge to modify their joint custody agreement.
However, Zolciak denied all these claims, stating, “I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for, something I will never apologize for.” It seems that the court did not find her explanations convincing.
The couple divorced after ten years of marriage and has been struggling for their joint custody rights since then.
