Authorities in Intipucá district have arrested a 27-year-old woman accused of raping a child under 12 years of age.
According to reports from authorities, Verónica Margarita Claros Padilla was arrested in flagrante delicto in her home in Colonia Márquez II. Authorities in the Intipucá district took swift action after detecting the crime.
The suspect has been handed over to the relevant judicial authorities, reports said.
The case is under investigation.
