Another year, another 60-point Aggie-Eagle Classic performance from North Carolina Central.
One year after scoring 66 points against bitter rival North Carolina A&T, the Eagles had to settle for 62, but it was still good enough for a 62-20 win against the Aggies in Greensboro.
The win runs NCCU’s victory streak in the series to four in a row.
Senior quarterback Walker Harris led a balanced and prolific Eagle attack, completing 22 of 29 passes for 380 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions. Running back Chris Mosley led a 366-yard Central rushing effort with 168 yards on 11 carries and three touchdowns. Arthur Rodgers Jr. also had himself a day for North Carolina Central, carrying the ball 12 times for 149 yards and two touchdowns.
The Eagles (3-2 in 2025) never trailed, leading 17-0 after the first quarter thanks to Mosley’s 53 and 14-yard touchdown runs and two safeties. Mosley also caught touchdown passes of 50 and 30 yards from Harris.
All told, the North Carolina Central offense racked up an astounding 765 yards of total offense, compared to just 294 for the Aggies.
North Carolina A&T fell to 1-3 on the season. Quarterback Kevin White completed 10 of 16 passes for 232 yards and a touchdown.
