A group of high school students in Norwalk received a lifechanging opportunity Wednesday. Officials from Livingstone College, a Historically Black College and University located in North Carolina, presented full-ride scholarships to seniors at Brien McMahon and Norwalk high schools. The students who were awarded the scholarships have GPAs between 3.7 and 4.0. Livingstone president and CEO Dr. Anthony J.
