Jay-Z and Diddy Face Explosive Allegations of Raping 13-Year-Old in New Lawsuit

Jay-Z, aka Mr. Shawn Carter, has been named in a civil lawsuit along with Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing them of assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 2000.

The accuser, who is identified as “Jane Doe,” says the incident happened after she was taken to an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. Initially filed in October in the Southern District of New York, the suit originally named only Combs but was refiled on Sunday to include Carter.

Neither representatives for Carter nor Combs have commented on the allegations. The accuser is represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who in recent months has filed several lawsuits against Combs, though this is the first to involve another high-profile defendant.

The lawsuit claims that in 2000, during the VMAs, Doe was dropped off in front of Radio City Music Hall and approached limousine drivers to access the event. One driver, telling her he worked for Combs, invited her to a party later in the evening. The driver later came back to pick her up, driving her to a house party with celebrities, drugs, which she would have to sign a non-disclosure agreement to enter.

According to the suit, Doe drank a drink that made her disoriented and retired to a room to sleep. She says Carter and Combs entered the room, with Combs saying “you ready to party!?”. She says Carter undressed her and pinned her down and raped her as Combs and another unnamed female celebrity watched.
She says Combs also raped her as Carter and the woman looked on.

She claims she managed to escape after resisting further acts, then fled to a gas station where she called her father. Unspecified damages are sought in the lawsuit.
