A Glynn County court saw a delay yesterday in the sentencing of one of the minors charged in the tragic death of 8-year-old Noah Bush. The 11-year-old facing charges in connection with the incident will now be sentenced on August 22nd due to unforeseen complications with the defendant’s legal representation.
Lawyers for the Bush family were present in court for the scheduled sentencing. The family has been vocal in their pursuit of justice for Noah.
Another minor, a 10-year-old boy, was also charged in connection with the case. He has already undergone a hearing and was sentenced to a two-year term in a detention facility.
Noah Bush was discovered deceased in a borrow pit on May 16 following a reported disappearance the previous evening.Law enforcement has indicated that the death is believed to be an accidental drowning.
